(Berks County, PA) -- Authorities are announcing more arrests in a Reading area drug operation which has ties to a Mexican cartel. This week, four more suspects were taken into custody, bringing the total to 22 of 29 suspects arrested. Of those arrested, one person is said to have had direct links to an unspecified cartel and was responsible for supplying the operation.
