Starbucks, Popeye's Chicken Coming to Berks County Locations
(Reading, PA) -- Construction on a new Popeyes restaurant is underway in South Heidelberg Township. City leaders say on social media that the site just west of Green Valley Road is projected to open in the fall or early winter next year. A Starbucks is also proposed on Route 422 and Penn Avenue. A review for that project calls for both drive-thru and dine-in services.
