>Berks County Woman Receives at least 10 Years In Prison for Finance's Stabbing Death
(Reading, PA) -- A South Heidelberg woman has been sentenced to at least ten years in prison, and up to 20, for killing her fiancé. The stabbing victim was the father of the couple's four-year-old-daughter. The sentencing earlier this week was the result of Jillian Blimline pleading no contest to a count of third-degree murder in the death of Chad MacWilliam. Prosecutors say he was stabbed in the couple's Maywood Avenue home in 2020 while their daughter was home. A no contest plea allows a defendant to not admit guilt in a case while not contesting the facts.
