Rodale Institute Gets Another $500K State Research Grant
(Reading, PA) -- A Berks County nonprofit that focuses on organic farming has been awarded another half-a-million-dollar research grant from the state. Rodale Institute, headquartered in Kutztown, got the funding this year to "support groundbreaking research and training programs in organic and regenerative agriculture," according to a news release. Rodale was also awarded another state grant in the same amount last year for its part in preparing a skilled workforce in sustainable farming methods.
