(Reading, PA) -- Business owners and employees are showcasing their services to lawmakers to highlight West Reading's "Main Street Matters" program. State officials came to the area Thursday to discuss funding to help small businesses that are experiencing challenges in neighborhood business districts. Governor Josh Shapiro has included millions of dollars in his proposed budget for the "Main Street Matters" program.
