Name Of Man Involved In Police Shooting Released
(Reading, PA) -- State Police have released the name of the man who was killed in an officer-involved shooting earlier this month in Hampden Township. Gregor Fleming was 44 and from Glasgow, Scotland in the U-K. He was shot dead by police, reportedly after he displayed a gun to officers during a response call in the 50-hundred block of Erbs Bridge Road. State police say the officers of the Major Case Team at Troop H are currently investigating this incident. Gregor had moved to America in 11 years ago. He was living in Mechanicsburg and had been engaged to Kelly Shoemaker since Christmas Day 2023.
