(Reading, PA) -- Mayor Eddie Moran has announced the appointment of his new chief of staff. In a statement updated over the weekend, the mayor says English Bradley's hiring is effective immediately. She most recently served as the acting executive director of Berks Community Television, has experience in nonprofit management and l years of experience in marketing, sales, customer service and administration. In addition to her professional pursuits, Bradley serves on the boards for the Berks Community Action Program, the Reading Public Museum Foundation and the Salvation Army.
