Pedestrian Seriously Hurt In Berks Hit And Run

(Amity Twp, PA) -- A pedestrian has serious injuries following a dispute that led to a hit and run in the parking area of a convenience store. The incident happened last Friday at the Wawa in Amity Township, and started with the victim pulling into the store lot closely followed by a sedan. The victim got out of his vehicle and argued with the suspect, who then backed up and drove into the 61-year-old male victim. The person believed to have been driving the car has been located, but is currently not facing any charges.
