(Reading, PA) -- A man convicted of raping a 14-year-old girl in Reading is sentenced to spend between 28 and 60 years in prison. Forty-year-old Sean Samuels was accused of attacking the teen at knifepoint as she walked to school in March of 2022. Samuels received a longer sentence because this is his third conviction for violent crimes. He will have to register as a sex offender for life after completing his prison term.
