Reading Man Dies In Penn Township Crash
(Penn Township, PA) -- The man who died in a head-on crash last Thursday in Penn Township has been identified as 28-year-old Daniel Schneider of Reading. The crash happened early Thursday morning on Route 183 near Bernville. Police say the investigation shows that a car driven by Schneider crossed the center line and slammed head on into an SUV. Schneider is the 18th person to die in crashes on Berks County roads so far this year.
