WFMZ-TV reports the company is disabling devices that can fix power outages before they even occur in Berks County and other places. The company said the device could cause a spark that can potentially grow into a large fire. Berks and Schuylkill Counties remain under a drought warning by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection.
