(Monroe County, PA) -- A former police chief in Berks and Lancaster Counties is being sentenced to jail. Fifty-eight-year-old Todd Graeff was sentenced last week to between two months and two years in Monroe County custody after he was convicted of indecent assault in August. Authorities said Graeff groped a woman during a Pennsylvania Chiefs of Police Association conference in 2022. Graeff was the chief of the Manor Township Police Department at the time of the incident, and previously served as Chief of Police in Bernville.
