Brush Fire Reported In Berks County
(Bern Township, PA) -- Firefighters from multiple departments were needed to put out a brush fire in Berks County on Thursday. The blaze was reported near Fairview Drive in Bern Township at around 5 p.m. Officials said dry conditions allowed the blaze to spread quickly, burning five acres before crews were able to get it under control. Nobody was injured.
